About the clinic

Dr. Ganesh Jagadale

M.B.B.S., D.Ortho. · Consulting Orthopaedic & Trauma Surgeon

Dr. Ganesh Jagadale has spent 11 years in orthopaedics and trauma - an MBBS from Dr. V. M. Medical College, Solapur, a Diploma in Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery from Hardikar Hospital, Pune, and a Diploma in Orthopaedics from the University of Mumbai.

The clinic in Nanded City was built around a simple idea: a patient in pain should not spend a week being sent between a consulting room, a scan centre and a physiotherapist. Consultation, digital X-ray and physiotherapy are all here, and the plan is explained in plain language before anything begins.

More about the clinic

Orthopaedic conditions

Causes of bone, joint & spine pain that our clinic treats

Many conditions end in the same complaint - pain, stiffness, weakness or numbness - in a joint, along the spine, or spreading into an arm or a leg. The complaint rarely tells you which one it is.

Finding the root cause is what makes a treatment plan work rather than merely pass the time. With digital X-ray in the clinic, the diagnosis and the plan are usually settled in the same visit.

Services

Everything the treatment needs, in one place

From setting a fracture to replacing a joint - and the imaging and rehabilitation on either side of it.

  • Fracture & Trauma Care

Fractures and dislocations in adults and children, from the first X-ray to the last follow-up - all in one place, on the same day.

  • Joint Replacement Surgery

Hip and knee replacement for arthritis that no longer answers to therapy - recommended only once the simpler options have genuinely been tried.

  • Arthroscopic Surgery

Keyhole surgery through two small openings instead of one long incision - less to recover from, and a faster return to work.

  • Spine Surgery

For the small share of back problems that will not settle on their own - assessed carefully, and operated on only when it is the right answer.

  • Digital X-Ray Centre

A digital X-ray suite inside the clinic. Your image is on the screen during the same consultation - no second appointment, no trip to a separate lab.

  • Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation

An in-house physiotherapy department, so the plan made in the consulting room is the plan carried out next door.

  • Spinal Therapy

Non-surgical treatment for disc and nerve pain: traction, targeted exercise and, where it helps, injection.

  • Braces & Orthopaedic Supports

Fitted at the clinic rather than bought off a shelf, because a brace that does not fit is a brace nobody wears.

Signs and symptoms

When it is worth having it looked at

Most aches settle on their own. These are the ones that usually do not - if any of them sounds like you, it is worth a consultation.

A patient holding a painful shoulder
  1. The pain has not settled after two weeks of rest
  2. It started with a fall, a blow or an accident
  3. Pain shoots down an arm or a leg
  4. The joint hurts at rest, or wakes you at night
  5. A joint is swollen, locked, or out of shape
  6. You cannot put weight on it, or it gives way
  7. You feel numbness, tingling or weakness in a limb

Do not wait for an appointment if: a bone is visibly out of shape or through the skin, a limb is cold or has lost sensation, or you have lost control of your bladder or bowels. Go to your nearest hospital.

I am very thankful to Dr. Jagadale for his excellent care. From my very first consultation to my post-operative follow-ups, the doctor was patient, empathetic, and extremely clear in explaining my condition and treatment plan.

The clinic is clean, well organised and the digital X-ray on site meant I did not have to run between labs. Everything was done in one visit and the follow-up was just as thorough.

Went in for long-standing knee pain. The doctor took the time to explain what was actually wrong instead of rushing to surgery, and the physiotherapy plan has made a real difference.
